    Wondering what Restorative Yoga class is like? The class begins with very gentle movement to warm up the joints then moves through 3 or 4 completely supported restorative poses. Each pose is held for 5 to 15 minutes and class ends with a guided relaxation.

    Rest promotes recovery from vigorous workouts as well as recovery from day to day stress. Restorative yoga is a form of yoga that incorporates the use of props to fully support the body in a few simple postures to replenish the body’s energy stores and recover a sense of calmness. Restorative Yoga is accessible for all ages and physical ability levels.

    Leaving the class you will feel peaceful, deeply relaxed and replenished.
