Elliott's Uptown Fitness Center
This is a family center to develop a personal fitness program. Staff at the fitness center will develop a program for your personal needs and continue to work with you until you are comfortable with your own workout. Pilates, Yoga and aerobic classes are available from certified instructors. Workout with friends or on you own, in a class or with your personal training program. You can workout while waiting for your dancers.

Personalized Exercise Programs
The Elliott's Uptown Fitness Center Staff offers personalized fitness programs with one on one instruction, if needed. Family members must be 12 years old to participate in Fitness Center programs without parental supervision.
